PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The NAIOP Colorado Developing Leaders (DL) Mentor Program offers DL Member participants a distinctive opportunity to advance their real estate career and help them establish their foothold in the dynamic real estate industry.

  • Small Class Size & Highly Selective - Only 12 to 16 applicants are selected to participate.
  • Tailored Fit - A selected mentor is recruited for each participant based off their application, interview, goals, and work history.
  • Graduation Requirements - In order to graduate from the program, an applicant must at least attend all programs and events, and meet with their mentor on a monthly basis.
  • Program & Events - A number of events and programs are created each year as an opportunity to network not only with your mentor but other mentors/mentees in the program as well.

These fees include attendance, meals and beverages at all Mentor Program educational, networking and special event programming.
