For in-person events, NAIOP will follow recommendations from local health authorities, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and our host venues to support a safe and comfortable experience.
By registering for and attending this event, you acknowledge that participation involves inherent risks. As a condition of attendance, you agree to release and hold harmless NAIOP, its officers, directors, employees, agents, sponsors, and representatives from any and all liabilities, claims, or damages related to illness, injury, or other circumstances arising from participation in this event.
CONSENT TO USE PHOTOGRAPHIC IMAGES Registration and attendance at NAIOP Colorado events constitute an agreement by the attendee to allow NAIOP to use and distribute their image, likeness, or voice in event-related photographs, videos, and promotional materials.
NAIOP COLORADO CODE OF CONDUCT NAIOP Colorado is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all participants. We expect every attendee, sponsor, volunteer, and staff member to conduct themselves professionally and in alignment with NAIOP Colorado’s values of integrity, respect, and collaboration.
Code of Conduct highlights include:
- No harassment or intimidation. This includes unwelcome sexual attention, stalking, or unsolicited physical contact.
- Respectful behavior. Communication and actions should remain appropriate for a professional real estate audience.
- Respect for others. Attendees, hosts, sponsors, venue personnel, and staff should be treated with courtesy and professionalism at all times.
- Reporting concerns. If you experience or witness harassment or other inappropriate behavior, please notify an NAIOP Board Member or staff representative immediately.
- Consequences. Violations may result in a warning, removal from the event without refund, or other corrective action as permitted by NAIOP Colorado leadership and governing policies.
By attending NAIOP Colorado programs and events, all participants acknowledge this Code of Conduct and agree to uphold it throughout the event.
