Join the NAIOP Developing Leaders (DL) and First American Title-NCS for the 6th Annual Bike Bar Project Tour of featured real estate developments Denver's Lower Downtown (LoDo) neighborhood on Tuesday, July 25, 2023. The tour will begin at Wynkoop Brewing Company in LoDo for check-in and tour group assignments.

4:30 - 6:30 PM Bike Bar Tour Begins with Various Tour Stops at Developments in LoDo to include: 1900 Lawrence, The Fitzgerald, and Thompson Denver!
6:30 - 7:30PM Return to Wynkoop Brewing Co.; Stay for Continued Networking, Food & Drinks

FORECAST & ATTIRE:

Expect warm/hot July temperatures. We encourage attendees to dress accordingly for the warm weather! Shorts or Pants are welcome; Ladies, don’t wear a skirt or sundress – remember you are sitting on a bicycle seat). Be certain to wear casual/comfortable clothing, shoes and sunscreen. We will be traveling by pedal bike bar, attendees will need to assist with pedaling.

TOUR GROUP:

Attendees will be assigned to a tour group and this information will be provided to you at check‐in. Tour Groups will have designated “Group Leaders” who will be your guide for the tour; please check‐in with them once you have picked up your name badge and tour assignments.

WAIVERS:

Waivers will be onsite at check‐in for you to complete before participating in the tour.
