SESSION 1 - JUNE 12: PROJECT TOUR OF THRIVE & GREENHAUS IN SUN VALLEY

Denver Housing Authority's (DHA) Sun Valley neighborhood redevelopment project has breathed new life into a once-distressed area, creating a vibrant mixed-income community with modern amenities and services. Among its latest additions are the GreenHaus and Thrive developments, representing the second phase of this transformative initiative. Thrive, with its focus on family-friendly living, offers a diverse range of unit sizes and features innovative design elements such as interconnected outdoor spaces and community hubs. Meanwhile, GreenHaus stands tall as an epitome of sustainable urban living, boasting eco-friendly features and ample community facilities.

As part of NAIOP Colorado's Economic Diversity Showcase on June 12, attendees will have the opportunity to tour these innovative projects and engage in a panel discussion with the development team, shedding light on their role in fostering economic diversity and community revitalization in Denver.
