The Colorado Commercial Real Estate Honors is the next evolution of NAIOP Colorado’s long-standing Awards of Achievement—recognizing excellence across the commercial real estate industry.

The Development Awards recognize outstanding commercial real estate projects completed during the 2025 calendar year that demonstrate excellence in development, design, innovation, execution, and community impact across Colorado.

Projects may be submitted by NAIOP members and non-members alike. NAIOP membership or sponsorship is not required to submit a nomination, though projects are encouraged to demonstrate a meaningful connection to the NAIOP Colorado community.
