The Service Provider Awards recognize outstanding firms whose expertise, leadership, and collaborative approach have made a meaningful impact on Colorado’s commercial real estate industry. These company-based awards honor service providers who demonstrate innovation, professionalism, and the ability to navigate complex challenges while contributing to successful project outcomes and stronger communities.

SERVICE PROVIDER AWARD CATEGORIES
Service Provider Awards are presented in the following categories:
- Architecture Firm
- Civil Engineering Firm
- General Contracting Firm
- Subcontractor
- Title Company
Each category is evaluated independently.
ELIGIBILITY GUIDELINES
- Awards are firm-based and recognize the company or organization only; individual awards are not part of this category.
- Nominee firms must be NAIOP Colorado members or sponsors in good standing at the time of submission.
- Self-nominations are permitted.
- Submissions must relate to commercial real estate work or industry contributions occurring primarily in Colorado.
- NAIOP Colorado reserves the right to reclassify submissions to ensure fairness and consistency across award categories.
GENERAL RULES
- Nomination materials must be submitted online by the stated deadline. Printable forms may be used as planning tools only and are not accepted as final submissions.
- All information submitted must be accurate and complete. Falsification or material misrepresentation may result in disqualification.
- Any attempt to contact NAIOP Colorado staff, Awards Committee members, or Judging Committee members regarding a nomination may result in disqualification.
- The Judging Committee may determine in any given year not to present an award in a specific category or to adjust categories as necessary to ensure appropriate recognition.
JUDGING CRITERIA
Service Provider Award submissions are evaluated holistically based on qualitative impact, rather than transaction size, volume, or financial metrics.
Judges consider the following criteria:
- Industry Impact & Professional Excellence - The firm’s demonstrated influence on project success, industry standards, collaboration, and professional reputation within the commercial real estate community.
- Innovation & Significance - The degree to which the firm has demonstrated creativity, forward-thinking approaches, or meaningful innovation in its services, processes, or project involvement.
- Complexity & Problem-Solving - The firm’s ability to navigate complex, unusual, or challenging circumstances—such as technical hurdles, regulatory constraints, market conditions, or project risks—and the value added through its expertise.
- Community & Industry Contribution - Meaningful engagement beyond individual projects, including community involvement, mentorship, workforce development, pro bono efforts, or contributions that positively impact the real estate industry or local communities.
- NAIOP Engagement & Commitment - Demonstrated involvement with NAIOP Colorado through membership longevity, sponsorship, committee service, event participation, leadership roles, advocacy, or support of chapter initiatives.
REQUIRED ATTACHMENTS
All Service Provider Award nominations must include the following digital materials:
- Narrative of 500 words or fewer
- High-resolution company logo(s)
- Up to five (5) additional IMAGES supporting the nomination
Submitted images may be used for finalist recognition, event materials, marketing, and on-screen displays during the Honors ceremony.
CERTIFICATION & CONFIDENTIALITY
By submitting a nomination for a Service Provider Award, the nominator certifies that the information provided is accurate and complete to the best of their knowledge and that they have permission to submit this nomination on behalf of the firm.
All nomination materials will be reviewed by the NAIOP Colorado Awards Committee and Judging Committee and will be treated as confidential. Information submitted will be used solely for award evaluation and finalist recognition purposes and will not be shared publicly, except as necessary to recognize finalists and award recipients.
NAIOP Colorado reserves the right to verify information provided, request clarification if needed, and disqualify any submission found to contain materially false or misleading information.
SUBMISSION DEADLINE
Service Provider Award nominations must be submitted by:
Monday, February 2, 2026
FINALIST & AWARD ANNOUNCEMENTS
- Finalists will be announced by Thursday, February 19, 2026
- Award recipients will be announced live at the Colorado Commercial Real Estate Honors on Thursday, February 26, 2026
Award Presentation
Award recipients will be recognized during the ceremony, with trophies available for pickup during the post-event celebration. One (1) trophy will be awarded to the company/firm as the primary recipient. Additional trophies may be available for purchase.
