The NAIOP Colorado Legacy Broker Award was created in 2016 to honor individuals from the commercial real estate industry who have proven a high level of achievement and leadership over their career; displayed a willingness to mentor and guide the next generation of industry leaders; and are respected by their peers for their honesty and ethics.
John "Packet" Lowrey has over 50 years of experience in commercial real estate marketing and sales. Currently serving as Managing Director with JLL Denver's Logistics & Industrial Services team, specializing in land sales. Prior to joining JLL, Packet worked at Newmark for 10 years and spent over 20 years CBRE as an investment sales specialist where he was a top producer for many years.
Throughout his career, Packet has successfully navigated the ever changing commercial real estate industry by remaining humble and fostering personal business relationships. Join NAIOP on February 24th as we recognize Packet's indelible career and his contribution to the brokerage community.
