Graduate student teams from the University of Colorado Boulder and the University of Denver will go head-to-head in this live case competition, presenting creative redevelopment proposals for the 15.6-acre Thornton Shopping Center—one of the most catalytic sites in the City of Thornton. 

A panel of esteemed judges will evaluate the proposals and award the coveted NAIOP Cup and scholarship prizes. With more than 700 real estate professionals in attendance, this event offers a unique opportunity to witness innovation in action, support future industry leaders, and engage with top decision-makers in the commercial real estate community.
