Colorado’s top commercial real estate professionals and development projects earned accolades at NAIOP Colorado’s 38th Annual Awards of Achievement, hosted by Fidelity National Title National Commercial Services, on February 27, 2025, at the Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel.

An audience of more than 400 was on hand for the event, where development projects and real estate professionals were recognized for their accomplishments in 2024.

Development Deal of the Year was awarded to T3 RiNo, developed by Hines. In a year marked by turbulence in the office market, this forward-thinking project delivered a space that seamlessly blends timeless architectural elements with cutting-edge sustainability. Strategically positioned near major transit connections, its climate-conscious design and natural materials redefine how commercial spaces can thrive in today’s world.
