NAIOP and Land Title, invi te special guests to the 21st Annual Anniversary Rocky Mountain Real Estate Challenge Kick-off on the rescheduled date of Wednesday, January 2 5th - featuring the featuring the River Mile project develo ped by Revesco Properties and sponsored by the U.S. For est Service and Impact Finance Center (IFC). Loc ated on the current home of Elitch Gardens amusement park, the 62-acre Rive r Mile project is located along the South Platt River and adjacent to downt own Denver’s Central Business District. This year’s student teams are taske d with determining which parcels within the project site are best situated to start development, while creating a sense of place that will attract use rs and subsequent residents and visitors for years to come. Additional focu s for the students will include incorporating the use of Mass Timber in the ir proposal. The student teams will need to explore various creative devel opment and financing options to achieve the project objectives.

Special welcome se ssion and virtual site tour will be hosted for the Judges and Sponsor repre sentatives, as well as the Students and Resources.
Our Challenge Sponsor and Committee have developed a panel presentation for competing students where they will hear from profe ssionals with a special interest in development throughout metro Denver. Pa nelists will share their thoughts and insights on the unique development as pects of the project site. Plus, students will hear directly from the Proje ct Sponsors representatives about their goals and vision.
