MENTOR PROGRAM KICK-OFF: 3:00 - 4:00 PM
The Mentor Program Kick-Off is a great opportunity for mentor-mentee pairs to meet for the first time, as well as connect with other participants in the program. The event includes an introduction to the Mentor Program, setting expectations for the year, chatting with previous participants, and mingling with new mentors and mentees.

DEVELOPMENT 101 TOUR OF McGREGOR SQUARE & THE RALLY HOTEL: 4:00 - 5:00 PM
Don't miss the exclusive tour of McGregor Square - a new luxury high-rise located in the heart of LoDo. Spanning an entire block, the complex includes The Rally Hotel, McGregor Square Residences, restaurants and retail outlets, a food hall, an expansive outdoor plaza, and modern office space. Take in the views and experience the building amenities.

DEVELOPMENT 101 PANEL PRESENTATION: 5:00 - 6:00 PM
Join representatives from the McGregor Square development team to learn about the challenges and triumphs of building this multi-faceted destination. Featured panelists include:

PATRICK WALSH, Chief Executive Officer, McGregor Square
Patrick Walsh is a native Coloradoan born in Greeley, Colorado. After graduating from the University of Kansas he moved out to San Diego to attend the San Diego Culinary Institute. Shortly after graduating he acquired a restaurant in the Mission Beach area that he owned and operated that establishment for the next 8 years. In an effort to be closer to his family and return home he and his future wife Annie moved back to Colorado in 2009.
Prior to joining the executive development team for McGregor Square, Patrick has been the principal owner of D & P of Colorado which focuses on investing in real estate and private companies across a variety of industries. Patrick joined the McGregor Square team in 2017 and is the CEO/General Manager of the project when it opens in early 2021.

JOHN NACCARATO, Project Manager, Hensel Phelps
Mr. Naccarato serves as Hensel Phelps' Management Representative who responds to all day-to-day requirements and concerns of the client. He has extensive experience in developing and monitoring project master schedules, estimating, job cost reports, and establishing and implementing effective communication procedures for all team components. He has worked closely with a variety of corporate clients on a wide range of project types under various contracting methods including design-build, CM/GC, and fixed price. Recognized in the industry for his ability to isolate and resolve various design and compliance issues in a projects evolution, his aptitude and expertise are evidenced in the many successful projects with which he has been involved.

JOHN YONUSHEWSKI, Senior Principal, Stantec Architecture
John Yonushewski has over four decades of hands-on architectural, construction and development experience which allow him to provide a big-picture, holistic approach to every project he is involved with. From the son of a contractor on the East Coast to Senior Principal and Business Center Managing Leader at Stantec in Denver, Colorado, John has been a champion of the architect-led design/build approach and has a strong background in urban-infill, mixed-use buildings which have uniquely changed the skyline of the city.
John prides himself on his ability to blend the art of architecture with the cost effectiveness of quality development and construction. He has personally designed and overseen the construction of multiple projects in excess of $200 million plus a wide range of large scale residential, adaptive re-use, hotel, retail and restaurant projects. John has earned a number of prestigious awards for his work, most recently for the Lakehouse project in Denver. His skills as a leader also extend to mentoring new generations of architects and he has been actively involved with the American Institute of Architects.
