NAIOP and Land Title invite you to the 19th Annual Rocky Mountain Real Estate Challenge Virtual Kick-off on January 26th featuring the Dowd Junction site, sponsored by the Town of Minturn - a 15-acre site nestled between Vail and Beaver Creek in Eagle County, Colorado that will provides excellent access along I-70 and will act as a gateway to the town of Minturn. 

For the first time the Challenge history, the featured project site is outside of the greater Denver metro area, providing new challenges for student competitors to work through. Join us to learn more about Dowd Junction and meet the Student Competitors, Instructors, Judges, Architectural Resources (AR), Challenge Committee members, NAIOP Leadership and guests from the Town of Minturn and Land Title!

Industry Panel Presentation for Students & Resources from 3:00 to 4:30 PM:

Our Challenge Sponsor and Committee have developed a panel presentation for competing students where they will hear from professionals with a special interest in development throughout the Vail Valley. Panelists will share their thoughts and insights on the unique development aspects of the project site. Plus, students will hear directly from the Town of Minturn representatives about their goals and vision.
