This year’s experience will explore one of metro Denver’s most creative and fast-changing corridors, where industrial roots, adaptive reuse, hospitality, multifamily, entertainment, and bold new investment continue to reshape the landscape.

From the streets of RiNo to Brighton and beyond, attendees will experience a curated party-bus tour of featured developments and emerging destinations, with time to connect over an opening lunch and close the day at our cocktail celebration finale.

TOUR FORMAT & AGENDA:

The Apex – Opening Tour Host | Location To Be Announced
Attendees will begin the afternoon at The Apex, our opening host location, for check-in, networking, light lunch, and opening remarks.

The Urban Jungle Route 
Guests will board party buses for a guided tour through RiNo, Brighton, and surrounding areas, featuring a curated mix of real estate product types and project stories that reflect the district’s evolving ecosystem. 

The Summit - Featured Final Stop | NOVEL RiNo
Cap off the day at NOVEL RiNo, for an exclusive tour and Golden Hour Reception, hosted by Crescent Communities, on the rooftop venue offering panoramic views of the Denver skyline and RiNo district.

Tour features include: 

• The Habitat – in-depth featured project stops
• The Trail – drive-by highlights of additional developments and destinations
• Golden Hour Cocktail Reception at The Summit, our final stop
