Each year, NAIOP Colorado brings together the region’s commercial real estate leaders to recognize the transactions, developments, firms, and individuals that have shaped our market over the past year.

The 2026 Commercial Real Estate Honors celebrates excellence across brokerage, development, capital markets, and service providers — while also recognizing the leadership and legacy that continue to define Colorado’s industry.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be received by Friday, February 20, 2026, to receive a refund.
• Group and Elite Reserved Seating packages are non-refundable.

• Parking: Complimentary parking will be available in Lots A & B (closest to the United East Club level)
• Entry: Please enter through Gate 7
• Accessibility: A shuttle/golf cart service will run from Lots A & B to the entrance for guests requiring assistance
• Directions: Follow signage to Mile High Stadium Circle from I-25 (Exhibits 210C or 211) or from Federal Blvd via W. Howard Place and Old West Colfax.
