On April 30, 2025, MBA student teams from the University of Colorado Boulder and the University of Denver will compete in the 23rd Annual Rocky Mountain Real Estate Challenge, presented by Land Title Guarantee Company. This real-world development competition will showcase creative solutions for the redevelopment of the Thornton Shopping Center, a key 15.6-acre site in the City of Thornton.

“The Challenge” is the premier real estate competition that connects graduate-level students with top industry professionals, creating opportunities for learning, networking, and career advancement. A distinguished panel of judges will evaluate the proposals and determine which team takes home the NAIOP Cup and scholarship awards.

Be there on April 30th at the Denver Center for the Performing Arts - Seawell Grand Ballroom, where student finalists will present their recommendations for the Thornton Shopping Center and compete for top honors in front of some of the region’s most influential real estate leaders.
