Back on April 28, MBA student teams from the University of Colorado and University of Denver virtually competed in the NAIOP 18th Annual Rocky Mountain Real Estate Challenge ('The Challenge') presented by Land Title Guarantee Company - a real world, real estate development competition featuring the Denver International Airport (DEN) site located at located at 61st Ave. and Peña Blvd. This year’s winning team was the University of Denver’s Bow Development for their Conflux project and the runner-up was the University of Colorado's First Creek Partners for The Landing project.
