Join Sean Campbell and the Formativ team as they discuss their vision for LOT Twenty Eight, an adaptive reuse development in the heart of Denver’s River North (RiNo) neighborhood.

LOT Twenty Eight will act as a gathering place for the neighborhood’s cultural and food and drink scenes to bring together locals, visitors, and creatives alike. With interior space marked for retail, makers, food & beverage, restaurant, and creative office complimented by a sweeping 20,000 SF urban retreat. LOT Twenty Eight will preserve the character of this historic manufacturing plant and add to the neighborhood's vibrant community.
