Join NAIOP on January 28 for the next installment of the Virtual Tour & Case Study series featuring NAIOP’s 2020 Industrial Development of the Year - Parc Santa Fe developed by LaPour and Jackson-Shaw. 

Located south of C-470 and S. Santa Fe Drive in Highlands Ranch, Parc Santa Fe was the first new industrial project built in the Southwest submarket in over two decades. Delivered in 2019, this Class-A, flexible industrial project developed by LaPour Partners and Jackson-Shaw included three buildings totaling over 345,000 SF of speculative new construction able to accommodate a wide range of users including office, showroom, manufacturing, distribution, assembly and may other industrial uses. Within three months of completion, Parc Santa Fe sold to LaSalle Investment Management for $58.5 million - representing near peak pricing in the Denver market at the time.
