What motivated you to get involved in the CRE Industry?
 I've always been drawn to relationship-building and strategic thinking and CRE is the perfect combination of both. What initially motivated me was the opportunity to work on tangible projects that shape communities and drive economic growth.

What is your proudest achievement thus far?
My proudest achievement was helping close a complex deal under tight deadlines. It taught me the importance of staying adaptable and communicating clearly - especially when navigating unexpected challenges.

What are one or two professional aspirations or goals you have for the next 5 years?
Facilitate a deal that brings 1,000+ jobs to the region.

Which NAIOP Colorado/Corporate committees or forums have you been involved with?
Recently attended a Real Estate on the Rocks meeting at Skyline Beer Garden. Looking forward to joining committees in the future.

What career advice would you like to share that you wish you had learned sooner?
Some people get their start on Second Base, but even if that is the case, you still need to come to the plate swinging.
