2025 NAIOP Golf Classic Recap: New Course, Big Wins, and Tournament Highlights
June 17 | West Woods Golf Club, Arvada
NAIOP Colorado’s annual Golf Classic was held on June 17 at West Woods Golf Club in Arvada—marking the first time the tournament took place at this scenic, 27-hole course. The new location offered a fresh layout, ideal weather, and a strong setting for both networking and competition. The tournament sold out once again, drawing commercial real estate professionals from across the region for a full day on the greens.

Prizes & Fundraising Highlights
More than $2,000 worth of prizes were awarded to top-performing teams and contest winners, adding to the excitement of the day. In addition, the event helped raise over $2,300 for the NAIOP Corporate PAC, which supports advocacy efforts on behalf of the commercial real estate industry at the national level. Another $300 was raised through the Putting Green Contest, with proceeds benefiting NAIOP Colorado’s partnership with the Project Destined Bridge Program—helping to fund scholarships for local students exploring careers in real estate.
