i2 Construction Delivers Pet-Centric Destination at Skiptown Denver

Parker, CO - Skiptown in RiNo, Denver, is a dynamic, multi-functional pet facility designed as a "Disney World for Dogs." Partnering with Kestrel Design Group and Strata Project Management, i2 Construction transformed a 50,000 SF former artillery storage warehouse at York Street Yards into a premier pet-friendly destination. 

The indoor/outdoor off-leash park features over 27,000 SF of turfed areas, a splash pad, and a full bar serving local beer, craft cocktails, wine, and coffee. Skiptown’s “one-stop shop for dogs and their people” also includes boarding, training, and grooming services. Extensive MEP enhancements and structural reinforcements modernized the space, ensuring a seamless blend of pet care and hospitality. We were honored to bring Skiptown’s vision to life in Denver!
