Member Spotlight: Hayley Warner, Terracon

From a love of design to a career influencing the built environment, Hayley Warner has followed a winding yet intentional path into commercial real estate. Now serving as a Senior Client Development Specialist at Terracon, Hayley brings a unique blend of creativity, strategy, and relationship-building to her role.

Hayley’s career journey began in marketing, but a job with an architecture firm sparked a deeper interest in how cities are shaped. Since then, she’s built experience across architecture, planning, and engineering. Today, she supports Terracon’s engineering teams in building and maintaining meaningful client relationships—a pivot that she considers her proudest achievement to date.

“Success follows curiosity and intention,” Hayley reflects. “Moving from marketing to client development allowed me to align my strengths with my passions.”

As she settles into her role at Terracon, Hayley is focused on learning and growing. Looking ahead, she’s open to new opportunities—whether it’s pursuing a master’s in real estate development or taking her skills abroad.

An active NAIOP Developing Leader member, Hayley is also involved with AC-REP’s Development Council and serves on the Community Relations Committee with CREW. Her advice to others in the field: “Perfection hinders progress. Take action—don’t wait for the ‘perfect’ moment.”

And for those wondering about her adventurous side? She once trekked with mountain gorillas in the jungles of Rwanda.
