A Year End Message from NAIOP President Brandon Kramer
Dear NAIOP Colorado Members, Partners, and Friends,
As we close out the last official year of the NAIOP Colorado Chapter, and prepare to welcome in the dawn of the CREDA Colorado Chapter era, I look back at a transformational year for our commercial real estate community. This year brought both challenges and opportunities for our industry, and NAIOP Colorado rose to meet each one. Together, we delivered high-impact programming, expanded educational offerings, and provided essential advocacy on issues shaping development, land use, and economic growth. Our marquee events—ranging from Market Forecasts to Developing Leaders programs to our most successful Fight Night ever, we saw record participation and engagement. These accomplishments are only possible because of the dedication and support of members like you. Your participation, whether through volunteering, attending events, sponsoring programs, or contributing industry expertise has strengthened our chapter and elevated the voice of CRE professionals across the state.
As my term as President of the NAIOP Colorado Chapter comes to a close, I find myself reflecting with gratitude, pride, and an immense appreciation for the people who make this organization exceptional. Serving in this role has been one of the great honors of my professional career, and I want to thank each of you for your support, your involvement, and your commitment to strengthening Colorado’s commercial real estate community. This year, and throughout my term, we have navigated an evolving market, embraced new opportunities, and continued to position NAIOP Colorado as a leading voice for our industry. Together, we delivered timely and relevant programming, expanded our Developing Leaders engagement, deepened our advocacy efforts at the local and state levels, and brought our community together through events that were not only well-attended but truly meaningful.
None of this happens without the dedication of our committee members, sponsors, board leaders, our dedicated staff, and of course, you, our members. Your willingness to step forward, share expertise, and engage with NAIOP is what makes this chapter one of the strongest in the nation. I have been continually inspired by your energy, vision, and passion for advancing our industry and supporting one another.
As we look ahead to next year, our mission remains clear: to be the leading resource, advocate, and connector for Colorado’s commercial real estate professionals. We have an exciting slate of educational programs, signature events, networking opportunities, and public policy initiatives already in development. Your membership and sponsorship ensure that NAIOP Colorado continues to deliver exceptional value, foster meaningful relationships, and influence the future of our industry. If you have not yet renewed your membership, or if you are considering elevating your involvement through chapter sponsorship, I encourage you to do so before our annual membership drop in March. You should have already received your 2026 renewal in the mail, but if you haven’t, please reach out to any of our fantastic staff. Your support directly fuels our ability to advocate for pro-business policies, cultivate the next generation of CRE leaders, and provide the programming that keeps our community informed and connected.
On behalf of our Board of Directors, committee chairs, and staff, thank you for being part of the NAIOP Colorado community. I am proud of what we’ve achieved together this year, and I’m even more excited about what lies ahead as the Commercial Real Estate Development Association.
Wishing you a joyful holiday season and a prosperous new year.
With gratitude,
Brandon Kramer, 2025 President, NAIOP Colorado Chapter
