Don’t miss the 16th Annual Rocky Mountain Real Estate Challenge—a real world, development  competition between MBA student teams from the University of Colorado and University of Denver!  


This year’s featured project is the RK (RK Mechanical, Inc.) site - a 15 acre site located in the Stapleton neighborhood of northeast Denver. Student teams will evaluate development opportunities to create their own unique individual project. The project is comprised of four separate parcels located at 3800 Xanthia Street, Denver, CO, encompassing 14.97 acres and is bordered by Xanthia Street to the west, 35th Avenue to the south, Yosemite to Central Park Station of RTD's A-Line.  

The RK site represents and exceptional oppotunity for Challenge participants to envision and design a successful transit-oriented development in the award-winning Stapleton neighborhood.

Celebrating its 16th year, the Challenge tasks more than 40 of the state's best and brightest graduate students from the University of Colorado and the University of Denver to evaluate and make recommendations for the RK site. The students will form teams that will compete against one one another for scholarships and the NAIOP Cup!

Please Note:

EARLY REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS FRIDAY, APRIL 20, 2018 at 5:00 PM. LATE REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS WEDNESDAY, APRIL 27, 2018. After that date, you may register on-site at the event on a space available basis. Payment must accompany registration. Faxing a copy of your check will not be accepted as payment. Confirmations will be emailed within 24-48 hours.  **If you do not receive a confirmation, you are not registered and will need to call the NAIOP office to follow up** Receipt of confirmation does not guarantee approval of credit card payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY:  No refunds will be given for any cancelled half or full table registrations.  Any other individual ticket cancellations must be received by the EARLY registration deadline on Friday, April 20, 2018 in order to receive a refund.  Thank you.  

TABLE REGISTRANTS:  If you registered for a half or full table registration, you will receive a separate email containing the Electronic Ticket for purposes of inviting your guests. If you have not yet submitted the names of your guests for badge purposes, those must be provided to the NAIOP business office (c/o naiop@wmrdenver.com) no later than 5:00 pm on Friday, April 27, 2018.  After that date, your guests can hand write their name badges onsite at the event beginning at 5:00 pm on Thursday, May 3, 2018.
