Don’t miss the 18th Annual Rocky Mountain Real Estate Challenge presented by Land Title Guarantee Company—a real world, development  competition between MBA student teams from the University of Colorado and University of Denver! 

This year’s featured project is the Denver International Airport (DEN) site located at 61st Ave. and Peña Blvd. in Denver, Colorado. 

‘The Challenge’ is the premier real estate competition that pairs graduate-level students from the University of Colorado and the University of Denver and industry leaders in the Colorado real estate community to evaluate development opportunities. The focus of the 2020 competition is a project site which is part of the City of Denver and DEN's overall vision to transform some of the thousands of blank acres around the airport into a multi-district commercial zone.

Located adjacent to and immediately east of RTD’s 61st and Peña station, this 60-acre site is an ideal project focus for these real estate graduate students. DEN Real Estate, the division overseeing all airport real estate development, is working in collaboration with stakeholders to be thoughtful stewards of the 16,000 acres of airport land that will soon become a series of linked districts known as Denver’s Global Gateway. Each commercial district has been designed with a unique character and relationship to its surroundings, featuring urban amenities, a connection to nature and a commitment to renewable energy and sustainability. Please Note:

EARLY REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS FRIDAY, APRIL 10, 2020 at 5:00 PM. LATE REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS WEDNESDAY, APRIL 22, 2020. After that date, you may register on-site at the event on a space available basis. Payment must accompany registration. Faxing a copy of your check will not be accepted as payment. Confirmations will be emailed within 24-48 hours.  **If you do not receive a confirmation, you are not registered and will need to call the NAIOP office to follow up** Receipt of confirmation does not guarantee approval of credit card payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY:  No refunds will be given for any cancelled half or full table registrations.  Any other individual ticket cancellations must be received by the EARLY registration deadline on Friday, April 10, 2020 in order to receive a refund.  Thank you.  

TABLE REGISTRANTS:  If you registered for a half or full table registration, you will receive a separate email containing the Electronic Ticket for purposes of inviting your guests. If you have not yet submitted the names of your guests for badge purposes, those must be provided to the NAIOP business office (c/o naiop@wmrdenver.com) no later than 5:00 pm on Wednesday, April 22, 2020.  After that date, your guests can hand write their name badges onsite at the event beginning at 5:00 pm on Tuesday, April 28, 2020. 

CONSENT TO USE OF PHOTOGRAPHIC IMAGES & VIDEO:  Registration and attendance at or participation in (Client Name) meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to (Client’s name)’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities.
