Welcome to the Colorado Chapter of NAIOP!It is my honor to serve as the 2010 President of the NAIOP Colorado Chapter. We are proud to be the 4th largest chapter in the country with over 700 members, and especially proud of the national recognition we have received for our accomplishments. Our success is the product of the engaged and committed membership base we are so fortunate to have in Colorado. During these most challenging times for our industry, now more than ever NAIOP-Colorado is committed to being there for its members. Through membership and its many benefits, you can stay up to date on the various issues, challenges and opportunities facing our industry. Involvement in NAIOP provides significant networking opportunities both regionally and nationally, a variety of educational programs, proactive legislative efforts and the chance to give back to our community through philanthropic activities. We invite all participants in the commercial real estate industry to join NAIOP-Colorado and become involved in our nationally prominent organization. There is simply no better opportunity to meet and interact with Colorado's leaders in commercial real estate than through our Chapter.
