Challenge
You are the owner of three different contiguous pieces of
property in the Rooney Valley known as Solterra Centre, portions
of which are situated in both the City of Lakewood and unincorporated
Jefferson County. You are attempting to maximize the return
on your investment on the combined 194-acre site. What development
plan do you envision for the Property, and why and when is
it feasible?

on an insert in the Event Program and PowerPoint to be
viewed by all attendees. Table location is based on level
purchased. Tickets and name badges will be mailed to the
contact listed on the registration form one week before
the event. It is your responsibility to distribute these
to your guests. Guests will not be allowed into the event
without a ticket. The guest will be asked to wait for
the contact person for your table to arrive. Tables must
be purchased prior to the registration deadline (early
bird or late) and will not be available onsite. |

on-site on a space available basis. Individual tickets and name
