The
Challenge
You are the owner/developer of portions of Blocks 173, 196
and 197 located at 15th and Tremont in downtown Denver. Considering
the existing surface and above-grade improvements, evaluate
and propose a development plan that complements the unique
nature and context of the surrounding site uses, capitalizing
on the transit and pedestrian-oriented nature of the sites
and economic viability, while maximizing the value of the
sites.
Join
us for dinner and see the University of Denver and University
of Colorado students battle it out to see who will prevail
in this intense competition of research, financial analysis,
problem solving, presentation development, judges questions
and oral delivery before hundreds of commercial real estate
professionals.
