| Topic |
The
Challenge
You are the owner/developer of the 9th and Colorado site.
You are attempting to maximize the return on your investment.
With the buildings and structures that will remain on the
site, what redevelopment master plan do you envision for the
site? Further, why is it feasible and how does it integrate
the site back into the neighborhood?
Join
us for dinner and see the University of Denver and University
of Colorado students battle it out to see who will survive
this intense competition of research, financial analysis,
problem solving, presentation development, judges questions
and oral delivery before hundreds of commercial real estate
professionals.
