Denver: Retail Hotspot
Major
excitement has been generated for downtown Denver as we emerge
from the glow of the DNC.
As many retail markets are slow, downtown continues to see
energy in the retail arena.
Join
us as we hear about the exciting Gart Properties purchase
of the Denver Pavilions and find out where they are headed
in their planning. We will also be among the first to learn
more about a new retail initiative spearheaded by the leaders
of the Downtown Denver Partnership.
Finally,
you will have the chance to hear firsthand from a natural
grocer about why they chose to locate downtown and share what
it's like to be a downtown retailer.

Early registration
deadline is Wednesday, October 8, at 5:00 PM. After that date, you
may register on-site at the event on a space available basis. Please
complete one registration form for each person attending. Payment
must accompany registration. Faxing a copy of your check will not
be accepted as payment. Confirmations will be emailed within 24-48
hours. If you do not receive a confirmation,
you are not registered and will need to call the NAIOP office to
follow up! Receipt of confirmation does not
guarantee approval of credit card payment. Receipts are available
to be picked up on-site on the day of the event. If your name badge
is not picked up by 7:30 am on the day of the event, your reservation
will be released. Cancellations must be received by the deadline
to receive refund. Fees are due if notice of cancellation is not
received.
