What's
UP in Downtown?
Has Colorado's most protected bird come to roost in Denver?
Be on the lookout as Colorado's most protected bird "the
crane" comes to roost in Denver and work begins on the
first large scale, downtown, multi-project, office development
in decades!
Tami
Door, CEO, Denver Downtown Partnership, will begin the morning
with an overview on the health of the CBD, including an update
on housing, economic development, safety, and visitor demographics.
After
sharing information about the market demand for the new projects
sprouting up downtown, Tami will then introduce four leading
developers who will give an update on the state of their projects,
their strategies, vision and designs. These developers will
discuss the progress to date on construction, leasing and
their expectations for the coming months. The speakers will
then answer questions from Tami and the audience.
