Topic	The Changing Debt Markets With the collapse of the residential sub-prime market, commercial real estate owners and developers are reminded of the vulnerability of the capital markets. NAIOP is pleased to host three of Denver's debt market experts to speak toward the strength of their individual product types… Will CMBS continue to provide long-term liquidity to the real estate markets? Have high leverage, non-recourse construction lenders begun to exit the Denver market? Have portfolio lenders seen softness in their portfolio, and if so, which product types? Can construction borrowers expect underwriting to tighten? Our panel of real estate lenders will answer these and other questions as we uncover the debt markets in 2007.

The registration deadline is Wednesday, May 2, at 5:00 PM. After that date, you may register on-site at the event on a space available basis. Please complete one registration form for each person attending. Payment must accompany registration. Confirmations will be emailed within 24-48 hours. If you do not receive a confirmation, you are not registered and will need to call the NAIOP office to follow up!  Receipt of confirmation does not guarantee approval of credit card payment. Receipts are available to be picked up on-site on the day of the event. If your name badge is not picked up by 7:30 am on the day of the event, your reservation will be released. Cancellations must be received by the deadline to receive refund. Fees are due if notice of cancellation is not received.
