Topic	Transformation of a Denver Icon What does the future look like for RTD and the redevelopment of Denver Union Station? Come listen to the answers that will be shared by RTD, the City and County of Denver and the developer, Union Station Neighborhood Company. First, Bill Sirois will give an update of FasTracks and the important role of Denver Union Station as the hub of the regional light rail system. He will also talk about the importance of Public/Private partnerships to the FasTracks program. Peter Park will share about the importance of Denver Union Station to the fabric of downtown and the support given to the project by the City and County of Denver. Frank Cannon will provide an overview of the Union Station Neighborhood Company, the Master Developer selection process and the status of the current plans including project timelines and financing structure.

Early registration deadline is Wednesday, June 4, at 5:00 PM. After that date, you may register on-site at the event on a space available basis. Please complete one registration form for each person attending. Payment must accompany registration. Faxing a copy of your check will not be accepted as payment. Confirmations will be emailed within 24-48 hours. If you do not receive a confirmation, you are not registered and will need to call the NAIOP office to follow up!  Receipt of confirmation does not guarantee approval of credit card payment. Receipts are available to be picked up on-site on the day of the event. If your name badge is not picked up by 7:30 am on the day of the event, your reservation will be released. Cancellations must be received by the deadline to receive refund. Fees are due if notice of cancellation is not received.
