Leaders Event - 2009 Project Tour
Join the NAIOP Developing Leaders at this year’s
project tour of Denver’s first LEED Platinum office tower,
1800 Larimer, presented by Westfield Company. This impressive
building is the future home of the Denver regional headquarters
for Xcel Energy, as well as Frederick Ross Company and Westfield’s
corporate offices.
Currently under construction, attendees will have the exclusive
opportunity to learn about the project from its bare bones,
literally! Highlights of the tour include:
• An introduction to the project by Westfield
• Physical tour through the building with the Mortenson
Design Team
• Q&A session and refreshments at the Spaghetti Factory
with members of the entire project team, including the developer,
broker and designers
Come learn the challenges and solutions to implement a successful
urban development project from beginning to end!

The registration
deadline is Monday, May 11,
at 5:00 PM. After that date, you may register on-site at the event
on a space available basis. Please complete one registration form
for each person attending. Payment must accompany registration.
Confirmations will be emailed within 24-48 hours. If
you do not receive a confirmation, you are not registered and will
need to call the NAIOP office to follow up!
Receipt of confirmation does not guarantee approval of
credit card payment. Receipts are available to be picked up on-site
on the day of the event. Cancellations must be received by the deadline
to receive refund. Fees are due if notice of cancellation is not
received.
