Renewable
Energy: A Bright Spot in Colorado's Economy
Colorado is one of the states leading the country in renewable
energy. Renewable energy is a major focus of the administrations
of both President Obama and Governor Ritter. This breakfast
will feature top minds in the renewable field. You will learn
about the overall context of the renewable energy industry
from Doug Arent, the Director of Energy Analysis at the National
Renewable Energy Lab located in Golden. Rick Gilliam of SunEdison,
the world's largest solar energy provider, will discuss the
solar energy field and their major investments, including
the largest solar energy array in the United States located
in Southern Colorado. Stew Mosko, involved in brokering the
Conoco Phillips purchase of the facility in Louisville, will
discuss the intricacies of the Conoco Phillips investment.
And Don Elliman, the Governor's Executive Director of Economic
Development and International Trade, will discuss the State's
role in recruiting these investments and what the future may
hold for Colorado.

Early registration
deadline is Wednesday, April 8, at 5:00 PM. After that date, you
may register on-site at the event on a space available basis. Please
complete one registration form for each person attending. Payment
must accompany registration. Faxing a copy of your check will not
be accepted as payment. Confirmations will be emailed within 24-48
hours. If you do not receive a confirmation,
you are not registered and will need to call the NAIOP office to
follow up! Receipt of confirmation does not
guarantee approval of credit card payment. Receipts are available
to be picked up on-site on the day of the event. If your name badge
is not picked up by 7:30 am on the day of the event, your reservation
will be released. Cancellations must be received by the deadline
to receive refund. Fees are due if notice of cancellation is not
received.
