DL Mentor Program
The NAIOP Colorado DL Mentor Program is designed to match a limited number of
mentees (aged 35 years or under) with a highly experienced industry
professional, who will provide mentees the opportunity to learn different
aspects of the real estate industry. In addition, mentors will share career and
professional advice in an effort to develop your ability to succeed in life and
in the real estate industry.

Real
Estate Project Tour
Informative tours of a various real estate projects led by the developers,
owners and architects who share their vision and talk candidly about
the successes and challenges of their respective developments. The
first project tour was a showcase of Nexcore's recently completed
Gateway Station in Golden.
This year's project tour will be of Denver's first LEED-certified multi-family rental in the
Rocky Mountain Region - Solera at 1956 Lawrence Street, presented by

Where DL's get one on one time with the "Icons" of the commercial real estate
industry in Colorado, as well as the opportunity to expand their professional

We want
YOU to grow a mustache or streak your hair for a worthy cause…
We’re looking for 50 BRAVE NAIOP Members who are willing to
sacrifice their looks and their locks as participants in Mustache4Cash
+ Color4Kidz Challenge. Each year this organization raises money
for local non-profits that support Denver at-risk youth programs
such as Byrne
Urban Scholars and Colorado
Youth at Risk. Our goal is to have two competing teams from
the local Chapter compete to raise funds for this worthy cause.
