What
we do...
DL Mentor Program
The NAIOP Colorado DL Mentor Program is designed to match a limited
number of mentees (aged 35 years or under) with a highly experienced
industry professional, who will provide mentees the opportunity
to learn different aspects of the real estate industry. In addition,
mentors will share career and professional advice in an effort to
develop your ability to succeed in life and in the real estate industry.
The application process and has been completed for the 2009-2010
DL Mentor Class.
We will be
celebrating the 2008–2009 Mentor Class Commencement and the
2009–2010 Mentor Class Kickoff August 19th at the Wellshire
Inn’s Cambridge Room. Attendees will enjoy an evening of cocktails
and networking. This event is open to NAIOP Members and Non-Members.

Real
Estate Project Tour
Informative tours of a various real estate projects led by the developers,
owners and architects who share their vision and talk candidly about
the successes and challenges of their respective developments. The
first project tour was a showcase of Nexcore's recently completed
Gateway Station in Golden.

Dinner
with the Icons
Where
DL's get one on one time with the "Icons" of the commercial
real estate industry in Colorado, as well as the opportunity to
expand their professional network. The 2008 inaugural Dinner with
the Icons event included discussions on values based leadership
by Professor Sam Cassidy of the University of Denver. In addition,
attendees took part in informal round table discussions with several

We want
YOU to grow a mustache or streak your hair for a worthy cause…
We’re looking for 50 BRAVE NAIOP Members who are willing to
sacrifice their looks and their locks as participants in Mustache4Cash
+ Color4Kidz Challenge. Each year this organization raises money
for local non-profits that support Denver at-risk youth programs
such as Byrne
Urban Scholars and Colorado
Youth at Risk. Our goal is to have two competing teams from
the local Chapter compete to raise funds for this worthy cause.
