Real Estate Project Tour
Informative tours of a various real estate projects led by the developers, owners and architects who share their vision and talk candidly about the successes and challenges of their respective developments. The first project tour was a showcase of Nexcore's recently completed Gateway Station in Golden.

with the Icons
Where
DL's get one on one time with the "Icons" of the commercial
real estate industry in Colorado, as well as the opportunity to
expand their professional network. The 2008 inaugural Dinner with
the Icons event included discussions on values based leadership
by Professor Sam Cassidy of the University of Denver. In addition,
attendees took part in informal round table discussions with several
