Call for Nominations - 2011 Awards of Achievement

Deadline for Broker and Developer Nominations is Friday, January 13, 2012

NAIOP Colorado will honor the members among us in the Commercial Estate Industry who have been selected as the "Best of the Best" at the 2011 Annual Awards of Achievement Luncheon scheduled for February 23, 2012 at the Denver Center for the Performing Arts, Seawell Ballroom.  

You will find the links below for the nomination forms and selection criteria for both broker and developer categories. Please be sure to read all information regarding the submission process carefully, as some changes have been made for both Broker and Developer Awards.

All nomination forms and supporting information must be submitted to the NAIOP Colorado Chapter office. Nominations for all Brokerage and Developer Categories are due on or before Friday, January 13, 2012. Any materials received on or after January 13, 2012 will not be accepted.
Specific information about what must be submitted is listed in detail on the Broker and Developer Submission Check Lists.  In order to submit a nomination, you must be a member of the NAIOP Colorado Chapter.  Questions regarding the awards program may be addressed to Kathie Barstnar or Jayma File at the NAIOP chapter office at 303.782.0155.
